Refund Eligibility

Time Limit & Credit Type: Refund requests are only applicable to subscription credits and must be made within 2 days of your purchase. For add-on credits, we cannot process any refund requests. Credit Usage: If you have used more than 10 subscription credits, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time since purchase.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund for subscription credits, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include your account details, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
Submit Within 2 Days: Ensure your request is submitted within 2 days of your purchase and credits usage less than 10.

Tip: Please note that add-on credits are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

All content provided through Mp3ToMp4, including but not limited to templates, code, infrastructure setup, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of Mp3ToMp4 is your-domain.com.

You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the Mp3ToMp4 service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of your-domain.com and any third parties.
While you retain ownership of your custom implementations and modifications, the core Mp3ToMp4 platform and templates remain the property of your-domain.com.

Prohibited Activities

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome soon. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
